Apartments near campus of University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon (CMU)
My apartments are located in the North Oakland section of Pittsburgh.
Although rentals are open to anyone, most of my tenants are students from the University of Pittsburgh (Pitt) and Carnegie Mellon University (CMU).

The links in the table below have descriptions of the apartments. However, I do not update those pages as often as this page. So, the rent quoted in the table below, not the description pages, is the rent charged on the apartment.

If you are comparing the cost to rent an apartment against dorm rates, it might be helpful to refer to the Pitt Dorm Web Page.
Remember that the cost for the dorm is per semester (approximately 4 months). If you plan to stay past the Spring semester, you have to make additional arrangements and incur additional costs.
*Local ordinance prohibits more that three (3) unrelated individuals from occupying the same residence.
Rent may be negotiable depending on the lease terms.
Garage - $50 per space. ($70 for non-tenant)
There is laundry and storage available. Apartments are near to shuttle stops and bus lines.
Convenient to Pitt campus (7 minutes to the Cathedral of Learning) and various stores.

Shuttles:
Pitt's North Oakland shuttle stops a few houses down Dithridge Street from the apartment building.
Pitt's Campus shuttle stops at the corner of Bellefield Avenue and Centre Avenue. This is less than a block away.
CMU's shuttle stops within a few blocks.
Giant Eagle and Schenley Supply are approximately two blocks away.
There are several restaurants nearby.
